Mi•shᵊneihꞋ Tor•âhꞋ – SeiꞋphër Sho•phᵊt•imꞋ, Hi•lᵊk•otꞋ Mᵊlâkh•imꞋ u-Mi•lᵊkhâm•otꞋ
(literal translation, of the Hebrew text, © 2012 by Yi•rᵊmᵊyâhꞋu Bën-Dâ•widꞋ)
The following is translated from "The MishᵊneihꞋ Tor•âhꞋ Project":
Maqbili, Yokhai, Collator and Chief Editor; Qara, Yᵊkhieil and Gershoni, Hileil, eds. Rab•einꞋu MōshꞋëh Bën-MayᵊmōnꞋ, SeiꞋphër MishᵊneihꞋ Tōr•âhꞋ, Third Edition. Yi•sᵊrâ•eilꞋ: Yᵊshivâh "Or wᵊ-Yᵊshuâh (Haifa) in cooperation with Yᵊshivâh "Torat ha-Khaim" (Yᵊru•shâ•laꞋyim), 5769 (2009), pp. 1243-45) – "Proofed with great precision according to the edition of the [Gâ•onꞋ Rabbi Yoseiph] Kapakh."
A cautionary note about the on-line "Mechon-Mamre" text: Compared to the indisputably authoritative "Mi•shᵊn•eihꞋ Tor•âhꞋ Project" text, faithfully reproducing the text of Rav Yo•seiphꞋ QâꞋpakh (which Mechon-Mamre spells "QaafiH"), the on-line "Mechon-Mamre" text is riddled with errors – for example, there are 11 errors in the first paragraph alone!
The prospect for MëlꞋëkh Mâ•shiꞋakh is to be standing up and returning Ma•lᵊkh•utꞋ Beit-Dâ•widꞋ to her old [self], the primary dominion: he is building the Mi•qᵊdâshꞋ, gathering the refugees of Yi•sᵊrâ•eilꞋ, and all of the mi•shᵊpât•imꞋ are returning in his days like they were from antiquity. We are drawing close [to éé with] qor•bân•otꞋ and making the Shᵊmit•âhꞋ and Yo•veilꞋ according to all of their mi•tzᵊw•otꞋ told in the Tor•âhꞋ.
And everyone who doesn't believe in him, or doesn't await his coming, it's not [merely] the remainder of the Nᵊviy•imꞋ alone he denies, but [also] the Tor•âhꞋ and Mosh•ëhꞋ [as well], that indeed Tor•âhꞋ testified about it, as it says:
Then éé will return [you from] your captivity and have ra•kham•imꞋ upon you. He will again gather you from all of the am•imꞋ… [Even] if you shall be refugees at the end of the heavens – from there, éé your Ël•oh•imꞋ shalll gather you up from there… and from there He shall take you. Then éé your Ël•oh•imꞋ shall bring you…" (Dᵊvâr•imꞋ 30.3-5).
And these are the dᵊvâr•imꞋ explained in Tor•âhꞋ. They include all of the dᵊvâr•imꞋ that are told by the hand of all of the Nᵊviy•imꞋ.
Also in pâ•râsh•atꞋ Bil•âmꞋ it is said, And there, [Bil•âmꞋ] prophesies two mᵊshikh•imꞋ: of the first mâ•shiꞋakh, that he is Dâ•widꞋ, ùÑÆäåÉùÑÄéòÇ Yi•sᵊrâ•eilꞋ from the hand of their oppressors; and of the second mâ•shiꞋakh who shall stand up from his descendants, ùÑÆîåÉùÑÄéòÇ Yi•sᵊrâ•eilꞋ from the descendants of Ei•sauꞋ.
- And there it says, "I shall see him, but not here-and-now" (bᵊ-Mi•dᵊbarꞋ 24.17)
- this is Dâ•widꞋ.
- "I shall surveil him, but not in the near-future" [ibid.]
- this is ha-MëlꞋëkh ha-Mâ•shiꞋakh.
- "Enroute was a star from Ya•a•qovꞋ" [ibid.]
- this is Dâ•widꞋ.
- "åÀ÷Èí ùÑÅáÆè from Yi•sᵊrâ•eilꞋ." [ibid.]
- this is ha-MëlꞋëkh ha-Mâ•shiꞋakh.
- "and smiting-through the ôÌÇàÂúÅé of Mo•âvꞋ" [ibid.]
- this is Dâ•widꞋ; and so it says, "Then he struck Mo•âvꞋ, and measured them by a measuring-line" (Shᵊmu•eilꞋ Beit 8.2),
- "and he tore-down all of the sons of Seit" [bᵊ-Mi•dᵊbarꞋ 24.17].
- this is ha-MëlꞋëkh ha-Mâ•shiꞋakh, for it is said in him: "and his rule is from sea unto sea." ( Zᵊkhar•yâhꞋ 9.10).
- "then shall Εd•omꞋ have been a heritage" (bᵊ-Mi•dᵊbarꞋ 24.18.)
- this is Dâ•widꞋ, for it is said, "Then Εd•omꞋ shall belong to Dâ•widꞋ for workers…" (combined: Shᵊmu•eilꞋ Beit 8.6 & 14).
- "Then Sei•irꞋ shall be a heritage – of its enemies" (24.18.)
- this is ha-MëlꞋëkh ha-Mâ•shiꞋakh, for it is said, "Then went up îåÉùÑÄòÄéí on Har Tzi•yonꞋ, to adjudicate Har Ei•sauꞋ" (O•vad•yâhꞋ 1.21).
Even in regard to the cities of refuge, it says: 'Then if éé will expand your borders… you must add three more cities, above these three' (Dᵊvâr•imꞋ 19.8-9). This command was never fulfilled. But ha-Qâ•doshꞋ, bâ•rukhꞋ hu did not command for vanity. However, in the words of the Nᵊviy•imꞋ – no issue requires evidence, for all of the scrolls are filled with this issue.
Don't presume that ha-MëlꞋëkh ha-Mâ•shiꞋakh must make signs or wonders, or innovate dᵊvâr•imꞋ in the o•lamꞋ, or resuscitate the dead, or such issuing of these dᵊvâr•imꞋ that the bozos are saying. No such dâ•vârꞋ!
Because look, RabꞋi A•qiꞋvâ was a greater Khâ•khâmꞋ than the Kha•khâm•imꞋ of the MiꞋshᵊnâh, and he was bearing arms of-KoꞋzeiv•â ha-mëlꞋëkh, and [RabꞋi A•qiꞋvâ] was saying about [Bar-KokhꞋvâ] that he was the MëlꞋëkh Mâ•shiꞋakh. And [RabꞋi A•qiꞋvâ] thought (as did all of the Kha•khâm•imꞋ of his generation) that [Bar-KokhꞋvâ] was the MëlꞋëkh Mâ•shiꞋakh, until he was killed in his â•won•otꞋ. When he was killed, it became known that he was not the Mâ•shiꞋakh – but the Kha•khâm•imꞋ didn't ask of him any signs or wonders.
The principle of ha-dᵊvâr•imꞋ is this: that this is the Tor•âhꞋ – neither her khuq•imꞋ nor her mi•shᵊpât•imꞋ are changing lᵊ-o•lâmꞋ and lᵊ-o•lâmꞋ of o•lâm•imꞋ and we aren't to add to them or diminish from them. [Dᵊvâr•imꞋ 13.1] And the one who is adding or who has diminished, or has misconstruedTor•âhꞋ Yᵊtzi•âhꞋ (Hellenized to \'\'Exodus\'\').','#dfefff', 260)"; onMouseout="hideddrivetip()">or who will have thrown out ha-dᵊvâr•imꞋ of the mi•tzᵊw•otꞋ from their pᵊshutꞋ – Look, this is, of course, a râ•shaꞋ and an Epicurean.
Then if a mëlꞋëkh shall stand from Beit-Dâ•widꞋ, who ponders Tor•âhꞋ and is busying himself in her mi•tzᵊw•otꞋ like Dâ•widꞋ, his father; according to Tor•âhꞋ shë-bikh•tâvꞋ and shë-BᵊalꞋ Pëh, and he will bend all of Yi•sᵊrâ•eilꞋ toward walking in her, and toward fortifying her breach, and he shall battle the battles of éé; look, this, presumption: that he is the Mâ•shiꞋakh.
If he did [this], and he shall have succeeded [in this] and and he shall have vanquished all the nations surrounding him; and he shall have built the Mi•qᵊdâshꞋ in its place, and he shall have gathered the refugees of Yi•sᵊrâ•eilꞋ, he is, of course, the Mâ•shiꞋakh.
But if he hasn't succeeded [in doing these things] so far, or he was killed, it's well known that this isn't what Tor•âhꞋ promised about him; and, look, he is like all of the completely kosher ma•lâkh•eiꞋ Beit-Dâ•widꞋ who died, then ha-Qâ•doshꞋ, bâ•rukhꞋ hu, didn't cause him to stand, except to test many. As it is said (Dâniy•eilꞋ 11.34-5)
["Some intellectuals shall stumble, smelting [these slippery slopes], clarifying and explaining until the season of the qeitz; because [there will be] more-of-the-same toward the Mo•eidꞋ."]
[Clearly not the Christian
Jesus]Even
Yei•shuꞋathe Nâ•tzᵊriꞋ, who seemed like he would become the Mâ•shiꞋakh but he was killed by the beit din – Dâniy•eilꞋ had already prophesied about him, as it is said:Then breachers of your kindred shall bear aloft an idol-image to stand it up; but they shall stumble." (ibid. 11.14);
And is there any greater stumbling-block than that? For all of the Nᵊviy•imꞋ stated that the Mâ•shiꞋakh ransoms Yi•sᵊrâ•eilꞋ, saves their nation, gathers their refugees and fortifies her mi•tzᵊwâhꞋ. But the
Jesusidol has caused Yi•sᵊrâ•eilꞋ to be lost by the sword, caused the dispersement and demeaning of our remnant, the displacement of the Tor•âhꞋ and misled the majority of the o•lamꞋ to err – to serve agod[that is] "beside é‑‑ä."
"But the Thoughts of Bo•reiꞋ hâ-o•lamꞋ, â•dâmꞋ hasn't the power to grasp, because our ways are not His Ways, nor are our thoughts His Thoughts. All ha-dᵊvâr•imꞋ of
Yei•shuꞋathe Nâ•tzᵊriꞋ, and of this Ishmaelite that stood after him, these don't straighten the way for MëlꞋëkh Mâ•shiꞋakh or to repair ha-o•lamꞋ, all of it working for éé together, as it is said,Because then I will turn over a lucid language to the kindreds; for all of them to call the Name of éé, to [be] one shoulder working for Him. (Tzᵊphan•yâhꞋ 3.9)
How? Already, all of ha-o•lamꞋ has been filled mi-Di•vᵊreiꞋ ha-Mâ•shiꞋakh, and mi-Di•vᵊreiꞋ ha-Tor•âhꞋ, and mi-Di•vᵊreiꞋ ha-mi•tzᵊw•otꞋ, and these dᵊvâr•imꞋ have spread in distant isles, and among many uncircumcised-of-heart kindreds; and they are haggling away these dᵊvâr•imꞋ, and the mi•tzᵊw•otꞋ Tor•âhꞋ. Some [uncircumcised-of-heart kindreds] are saying, "These mi•tzᵊw•otꞋ were true, but have already been vitiated at this time, and haven't been channeling [anyone's path] for generations." While others are saying "There are secret dᵊvâr•imꞋ in them, and they aren't like the simple [meaning] and the Mâ•shiꞋakh has already come and revealed their secrets".
But when the MëlꞋëkh ha- Mâ•shiꞋakh shall truly stand, and succeed and be exalted and borne-aloft, immediately, they are all returning, and knowing that it was a lie inherited from their fathers, and that their prophets and fathers caused them to err.

Logic as the ultimate authority – and "lucid language" – for derivation and interpretation of Ha•lâkh•âhꞋ (confirmed by Tzᵊphan•yâhꞋ ha-Nâ•viꞋ and later reconfirmed by Ram•ba"mꞋ),
the Tei•mân•iꞋ paradigm, recognized by scholars as the most pristine existent—"as in days of old" (Ram•ba"mꞋ)—Tor•âhꞋ standard mi-Har Sin•aiꞋ toward which every Jew is to aspire (confirmed also by Ram•ba"mꞋ).

As our guest in the 'Nᵊtzâr•imꞋ Quarter' (NQ) virtual village (take the tour at bottom), it is our tᵊphil•âhꞋ that you find our village accommodations as pleasant, satisfying and rewarding as we can make them, considering that the historical RibꞋi Yᵊho•shuꞋa Bën-Dâ•widꞋ revealed by modern scholarly research may be disconcerting to some who tend to put their faith in the teaching of men – whether rabbis or preachers – instead of the Word of éé.
Orthodox Jews will be absolutely gobsmacked to discover that, while Orthodox Jews are diametrically antithetical to the displacement mythology of Christianity and Jesus – so are the Nᵊtzâr•imꞋ!
In fact, except for the Nᵊtzâr•imꞋ insistence on the precedence of science and logic over Dark Ages anti-knowledge, Nᵊtzâr•imꞋ are otherwise defined the same as Orthodox Jews!
Other than the Nᵊtzâr•imꞋ, “dosim” (dât•imꞋ) Jews are indoctrinated from birth in a distorted view of documented Judaic history—particularly from the advent of rabbis (B.C.E. 2nd century) through 4th century C.E.; and the more “dosi”, the more negative their view of science (“epikoros”) and the wider their disconnection from the reality of the modern world. This leads to radical Ultra-Orthodox cults prohibiting science and knowledge, resulting in an ever-widening disconnection from the reality of the real universe created by é‑‑ä.
