The Netzarim are fulfilling their mission to bring the Light of Torah to non-Jews as well as retrieving Jews estranged from Orthodox Judaism. Becoming a Torah-observant Netzarim geir, however, does not occur through self-proclamation nor replacement theology in a pretend "spiritual Israel." Rather, Netzarim talmidim hold a certificate issued by the Netzarim Beit Din in Ra·ananah. Their certificate is signed by the Netzarim Paqid verifying that they have petitioned, and been recognized by, the Netzarim beit din. All others claiming to be Netzarim or Nazarenes are deceivers of Rev. 2:9 & 3:9.
