Cover Photo: Statue of Liberty gazes sightlessly as smoke billows from Manhattan after the Muslim Jihadist terrorist attack of 9/11.

The cover graphically demonstrates "a" scene that satisfies the prophecy literally, not necessarily "the" Bavel of chapter 18 of The Unveiling. (See endnote in chapter 18.) Still, America's complicity in Christian Displacement Theology authored by Rome cannot be ignored. Nor can America's conspicuous consumption at the expense of the rest of the world.

The Διαθηκη Καινη (NT)

The consensus of eminent historians has long recognized that the earliest extant Church historian, Eusebius (ca. 260-340 C.E.), like other gentile Christians, was both foreign to 1st century C.E. Jews, and too far removed from 1st century C.E. events, to be able to distinguish among a handful of various proto-Christian sects of Jews, which to them were virtually indistinguishable, awash in a sea of developing gentile sects of early Christianity.

Confusing and blurring the several pre-Christian Jewish sects, generally as "Ebionites," Eusebius documented (Eccl. Hist. III.xxvii.4) that "They thought that the letters of the Apostle (Paul) ought to be wholly rejected and called him an apostate from the Tor•âh. They used only their own Hebrew The (Nᵊtzârim Reconstruction of) Hebrew Matitᵊyâhu (NHM, in English) and made little account of the rest [which is today called the 'Διαθηκη Καινη (NT)']."

While Eusebius clearly included the apostate proto-Christian Hellenist Jewish sects generalized as Ebionites, it would clearly have been far more true of the original Nᵊtzârim, who were Pᵊrushim.

It is, therefore, documented that the Nᵊtzârim accepted only Torah and Tan"kh (the Hebrew Jewish Bible) as authoritative Scripture and only NHM as a legitimate account of the life and teachings of Ribi Yᵊhoshua and the Nᵊtzârim. The rest, the 'NT,' is "wholly rejected" as Scriptural authority; pseudo-Nᵊtzârim literature. Legitimate followers of Ribi Yᵊhoshua today can be no different.

Like the Pseudepigrapha, Josephus, the Dead Sea Scrolls, Eusebius, et al., the pseudo-Nᵊtzârim literature can sometimes be useful in filling in lucanae that provide historical insight. But one must never cite pseudo-Nᵊtzârim literature as more than that; particularly not for doctrinal authority.

The earliest Christian Church historian, Eusebius (ca. 260-340 C.E.), documented that the original Jewish followers of Ribi Yᵊhoshua, the Nᵊtzârim (Hellenized to 'Nazarene' Jews), accepted only their own Hebrew Matityâhu as a legitimate account of the life and teachings of Ribi Yᵊhoshua, rejecting the NT and declaring Paul an apostate (Eccl. Hist. III.xxvii,2-6). The original Jewish followers of Ribi Yᵊhoshua accepted only the Jewish Bible as Bible.

Nevertheless, though extensive redactions to agree with syncretizing Christian doctrines subsequent to 135 C.E. must be taken into account ("Text, NT" The Interpreter's Dictionary of the Bible, 2nd edition, Abingdon, 1962), the NT is an historical document. The earliest extant copies date from the 3rd and 4th centuries C.E. The Nᵊtzârim consider the NT (NT) as similar to Eusebius or the Pseudepigrapha, Apocrypha, Qumrân writings (Dead Sea Scrolls) and other similar documents of the period. Thus, Apocalypse offers some early Hellenist-Judaic interpretations of the ancient Jewish prophets of the Bible (by which we mean the Jewish Bible). Like other scholars, we cite all of these sources for their historical value.  While Apocalypse provides a glimpse into historical Judaic thinking, it isn't Bible and doesn't qualify as authority to decide Judaic doctrines.

A crucial point to keep in mind is that these are interpretations of passages in Dâniyeil amplified in Yᵊkhëzqeil (corrupted to "Ezek.") and other Nᵊviyim (prophets). Being based in the Nᵊviyim, the inherent basis is true. Therefore, there is a great deal of truth is inherent in The Unveiling even though the interpretations by the author of the Apocalypse cannot be assumed. The interpretations must be evaluated on their logical merit that, in some cases may be interesting while, in other cases, passages may either be inherently illogical or, worse, the product of the well documented (in this work) and extensive Christianizing and miso-Judaic redactions. In some cases, passages are blatantly incompatible with what is historically known (e.g. from 4Q MMT) about the purported author of Apocalypse who was a first-century religious Jew. Passages that inject Christian doctrines not germaine to the topic under discussion, conspicuously injected andor blatantly incompatible with the historical evidence of the first century religious Jewish community are noted, assumed to be later Christian redactions, and relegated to the notes or an appendix.

ההתגלות (ha-hit·ja·l·ut′ ; hah-heet-jah-LOOT, the unrolling or unfurling, as of a scroll) was first Hellenized to αποκαλυψις (apocalupsis; unveiling, uncovering – "apocalypse") and then anglicized to Revelation. Hebrew is read right to left. The initial ה (hei), here pronounced hah, means "the." התגלות (hit·jal·ut′ ) is an unfurling. Relative to a scroll, it also means revealing. Most sects of Judaism would pronounce this hah-heet-gah-LOOT. But the most pristine sect of Judaism, the Yemenite Jews, pronounce the gim′ ël da·geish′  – "dotted g" – as a "j."

Though hit·jal·ut′  is the authentic title, an English translation that best communicates the meaning of hit·jal·ut′  is essential for the English speaking public. "Apocalypse" wrongly suggests a Greek and Hellenist original. "Revelation" implies a vision rather than the central theme of the book – unrolling a scroll, seal by seal. Probably the most accurate title to communicate this as best it can be done in English is "The Unveiling" (Unv.).

hit·jal·ut′ The Unveiling (Unv.) – provides insights into ancient religious-Jewish interpretations of Dâniyeil and Yᵊkhëzqeil">Yᵊkhëzqeil. While these aren't authoritative, they are, nevertheless, worth contemplating.  The reason the prophetic images are sometimes so on-target is because these are interpretations derived from Dâniyeil and Yᵊkhëzqeil.  Where reasoning found herein may be valid, its premises in Dâniyeil and Yᵊkhëzqeil are reliable. Moreover, the source (in this case the uncertain author of hit·jal·ut′ ) has no bearing on the validity of logic.  Sages are fallible and "pagans" can sometimes have logical thoughts.  There's no logical reason to regard the largely pre-Christianized earliest extant source texts that underlie the NT as any less (or more) credible than, say, the parts of the Pseudepigrapha that date to the C.E.  Yet, the Pseudepigrapha, inter alia, often offers an insight into the thinking of religious Jews of that time, particularly in the areas of esoterica, messianism and eschatology.

Because The Unveiling was written in the proto-Christian era, and the sole earliest extant complete ms. (א) at least partly redacted (i.e. Christianized), doctrines having no precedent in earlier Judaism or sound basis in logic are certainly Hellenist (or other pagan) syncretisms.

Before one can grasp The Unveiling, one must first understand the symbolism employed. To communicate this is not an easy task, as gentiles have totally lost touch with Judaism of any era, to the point that it's become entirely alien to them. Consequently, there is a great deal of historical familiarization required in order to understand The Unveilinghit·jal·ut′  – in its original perspective. Working familiarity with the religious, political, and esoteric thought of that day is imperative.

Much of this must be left for the reader to acquire from texts such as a good encyclopedia, The Conflict of the Church and the Synagogue (James Parkes) , The Church from the Circumcision (Bagatti) , Galilee from Alexander the Great to Hadrian (Sean Freyne, Univ. of Notre Dame Press) , A Social and Religious History of the Jews, Vols. I & II (Baron, Jewish Publ. Soc.) , Josephus, the Apocrypha, the Pseudipigrapha (Charles, Oxford Univ. Press and Charlesworth, Doubleday) and the Talmud (Soncino Press).

Medieval mysticism (e.g. the Zohar and Qabalah) is anachronistic and, therefore, irrelevant to these far earlier periods.

The Dragon: הילל

(Unv. 12:3, 4, 7, 9, 13, 16,17; 13:2, 4, 11; 16:13; and 20:12)

This is patterned after the serpent of the, Gan Eiden ("Garden of Eden"), called the Impugner, Polemicist, and Arch-adversary (i.e. Unv. 12:9 & 20:2). In the Pseudipigrapha, he is called by the name S*a*m*a*ei*l, , the angel of death, and the angel of Rome! His Biblical name, however, is הילל.

In the Seipher Khasidim (under his alias S*a*m*a*ei*l) he is also the king of the demons. It is הילל who leads the whole Roman Empire astray (12:9) and gives power and authority to the Wild-Beast out of the Sea (Unv. 13:1). He has 7 heads (see explanations which follow), 10 קרנות, and 7 diadems; and a following of ? of the celestial phenomena (Unv. 12:3 and Yeshayahu [corrupted to "Isa."] 14:12). Lucifer is yet a further corruption (either Latin or a corruption of the Greek).

קרנות, Diadems, & Heads

קרנות refer to the kings or leaders of individual nations (Unv. 17:12). קרנות are mentioned in connection with the Dragon—הילל—in Unv. 12:3; with the Wild-Beast out of the Sea in Unv. 13:1-4 and 17:12; and with the subsequent, offspring, Wild-Beast out of the Land in Unv. 13:11.

Diadems refer to the individual nations themselves, as crowns or realms (Dan. 7:21-25 with note Unv. 17:8) , used in connection with הילל in Unv. 12:3 and with the Wild-Beast out of the Sea in Unv. 13:1-4.

Heads are imbued with a dual symbolism in connection with the Wild-Beast out of the Sea: 1. ) As the seven hills (probably Rome; Unv. 17: 9 with 17: 18) , and 2.) As the kings or leaders of world power empires of nations (Unv. 17:10-12 with Unv. 13:1-4 and 17:8-9 with notes).

The Wild-Beast Out Of The Sea

First, the Wild-Beast is given dual attributes which can be quite perplexing until this duality is recognized. In Unv. 17:8, 11, and 13:1-4, this Wild-Beast is declared to be:

In the past relative to the author of The Unveiling, But not his present!!! (17.8, 11), Yet, to be revived again in his future (17.8, 11; 13.1-4).

In Unv. 17:11, the future entity is identified as the eighth link in a chain of world powers (see also 17.10. Both aspects are stated to have in common "Seven Mountains" (a famous and unique attribute of Rome; Unv. 17:9).

What about Rome could the author of The Unveiling have said "was and is not" circa 95 C.E. when he wrote this? To answer this question, the reader must learn a bit about the history of the birth of Christianity, the Judaic environment of the first century B.C.E. and forward and the gentile environment of the Roman Empire.

When The Unveiling was being written, Rome's domain was administered as an hedonistic-humanist empire under the Caesars, and is properly called the Roman Empire. Prior to the first Caesar (Julius Caesar, "Augustus"), however, the Roman domain was administered as an hedonistic-humanist democratic republic, though it was strongly dominated by the hedonistic-humanist aristocratic patricians with only limited participation by the plebeians.

So the power that "was and is not" was the hedonistic-humanist democratic republic. Humanism, as well as hedonism, are incompatible with ha-Sheim.

The Roman Empire proper was succeeded by the gentile Hellenist-Christian "Holy" Roman Empire.

Any good encyclopedia offers more details.

From an historical perspective, then, what "was and is not" to the author of The Unveiling was the humanist-hedonism centered Hellenist gentile democratic republic. Ergo, when author of The Unveiling declares it would be mortally wounded by the sword (Unv. 13:3), yet would be revived (Unv. 17:8, II, and 13:4), this refers to the takeover of the hedonistic-humanist Roman Republic by the Caesar, wherein the Roman Republic "died by the sword." Yet, this same interpretation suggests that a hedonism-centered democratic republic, patterned after Rome (Unv. 17:9), would arise as a world power in a time that, to the author of The Unveiling, was in the future. This is corroborated in Unv. 17:10 where The Unveiling refers to seven kings: five which, identified by a wide consensus of scholars, were in the past at the time The Unveiling was being written:

  1. Assyrian
  2. Egyptian
  3. Babylonian
  4. Media-Persian
  5. Greek

The world power which was present at the time The Unveiling was being written was #6 – the Roman Empire.

The Roman Empire split into two empires in 395 C.E. (the second, or eastern empire, being known as the Byzantine Empire, headquartered in Constantinople – modern-day Istanbul, Turkey). The First "Holy" Roman Empire itself came to an end in 476 C.E.

The seventh empire integrally involving Rome was the Second "Holy" Roman Empire, which was inaugurated in 962 C.E., incorporating the Roman Catholic Church into the empire. This empire continued officially until Aug. 6, 1806.

An unsuccessful attempt was made by the kaisers to implement a third Holy Roman Empire, and then finally, another unsuccessful attempt was made to ressurect the "Thousand Year Reign" of the Third Holy Roman Empire (Reich) by Hitler. Neither of these two actually achieved world dominance, to be classified as an empire.

Thus, the stage remains set for the eighth world power (Unv. 17:10-11) , the future entity ("that is to come"; Unv. 13:1- 4) identified as "the Wild-Beast out of the Land."

Before examining this Wild-Beast, however, there are still a few things that should be noted about "the Wild-Beast out of the Sea." The very description as being out of the sea can easily be related to two interpretations: (1) the sea of humanity or (2) the European perspective of Columbus' discovery.

In Unv. 13:2, we find that this Wild-Beast is to have the body of a leopard, feet like a bear, and the mouth of a lion. Comparison with Dan. 7:1-7 reveals the symbolism of these three animals. The leopard in Dan. 7 refers to the empire of Greece, or Hellenism – anti-Torâh-ism (antinomianism).

The bear in Dan. 7 referred to the Media-Persian Empire; what is today Iran – the crux of Islamic Fundamentalism.

The lion in Dan. 7 referred to the Roman Empire.

So then, the Wild-Beast out of the Sea was to be principally comprised of a people (body) of Hellenistic anti-Torahists; it was to be supported or controlled by the middle east-based Islamic and speak the tenets (mouth) of the Roman Empire (or Republic), which, by the time of the writing of The Unveiling, was already recognizable as Displacement Theology (the doctrine that gentile Christians had displaced Jews as the people of the Biblical covenant, prime cause of misojudaism).

Protestants (protest-ants) are simply a branch that spun off from the Roman Catholic Church.

It could be said that Rome is the religious headquarters of this democratic republic. Further, though America was actually discovered by Scandinavians, it was not really born until the Romans (Italians) discovered it in Columbus. Additionally, America is even named after the Roman (Italian) Amerigo Vespucci, and is in this sense also an offspring of the Roman Empire.

A spokesman (mouth, Unv. 13:5-6) is given to this Wild-Beast to slander the Name, His Tabernacle, and His holy ones – as being slaves to the "law of sin and death," as being servants of Sâ•tân′ ; misrepresenting and slandering the Mâ•shi′ akh as being, lᵊ-havdil, Christ – a teacher of doctrines contrary to Ëlohim and His Tor•âh′ , and to perpetrate the Inquisition, the Holocaust, etc.).

The eighth link in this succession of world powers, the Wild-Beast out of the land, will be integrally related to Rome, the Dragon / Wild-Beast out of the sea.

The Wild-Beast Out Of The Land

The Unveiling prophesies that this Wild-Beast out of the land will follow sequentially after the other seven world powers (Unv. 17:11) and be a phoenix (Unv. 13:3, 12, & 14) of the previous ancient Roman Republic (Unv. 13:14) patterned after Rome (Unv. 17:9 & 18), i.e. probably the Holy Roman Empire – the first-order Displacement Theology. A priori, Islam is the second order Displacement Theology.

For the first time since the Roman Republic, a democratic republic is a world power. Simply having a style of government based upon the Roman Republic would provide enough complicity with Rome to satisfy the prophetic criteria. Yet, as can be seen in the explanation of the Wild-Beast out of the Sea, there is much more. This people is anti-Torâh, their voice is that of Rome (Displacement Theology), they are becoming dependent for support on, and constrained by, the Islamic middle east. As a second order Displacement Theology, Muslims are religiously complicit with Rome's Displacement Theology blasphemies and slanders.

The prophecy about this Wild-Beast being given its life and authority by the Wild-Beast out of the sea (Unv. 13.13 & 15) certainly relates to the power and authority of arising out of their Displacement Theology, invented by the Roman Empire, producing satellite nations mirroring its own image.

This world power is prophesied to coerce other nations to conform to the Displacement Theology invented by the Roman Empire (Unv. 13.14), demonstrating its force of missiles (Unv. 13.13), and eventually makes refusal to pledge allegiance to Islam a capital offense like treason (Unv. 13.15). This world power will acknowledge two קרנות (powers), both fashioned after the Messiah (קרנות like a lamb, Unv. 13:11) but speaking like הילל (the Dragon, cf. also Unv. 13.11). These two קרנות of Islam, are J*esus of Christian Displacement Theology (whom Islam recognizes as a prophet) and Mohammed of Islamic Displacement Theology.

As a world power, Islam will incorporate a mark (on the hand, or forehead for amputees, perhaps some coding not visible to the naked eye) – the engraving of Unv. 13.16-17. This mark will be required for secret transactions by which Muslims covertly transfer funds for their activities outside of banking and computer systems, thereby making their money flow untraceable by means of computers.

Those who accept this mark/engraving on their hand or forehead are doomed spiritually (Unv. 14.9-12).

In Unv. 13.18, we find the number 666 in Jewish gematria (cf. note Unv. 13.18). Solutions based on the Greek alphabet are nonsense; in English, even more ludicrous. The suggestion of Nero Caesar (reigned from 54-68 C.E.) isn't acceptable since Nero Caesar was in the past relative to the year scholars date the writing of The Unveiling – 95 C.E. Therefore, the author of The Unveiling wouldn't have written of Nero's – past – reign as a future world power.

The False Prophet

This will be the spokesperson of Middle-East Islam, i.e. Mohammed. It is he who will bring the kings together to the battle of the great day of ha-Sheim (Unv. 16.13; 19.20; & 20.10).

The Promiscuous Woman

The Unveiling explicitly defines the Promiscuous Woman as the great city of Rome (Unv. 17.18 and 17.9), i.e. Christianity, which is supported / carried / borne by her world power, the Holy Roman Empire (Unv. 17.7 & 9) , and by her people (Unv. 17.15) , and by her Displacement Theology (Unv. 17.3 & 8). She – the Christian world and church – is a very rich world power (Unv. 17.4). Rome is the mother (the child being Islam as a second order Displacement Theology) of the apostasy of Displacement Theology = promiscuity as used in the spiritual sense: unfaithfulness and adultery of the Bride (the Jews) toward Ëlohim (Unv. 17.5). 4 [From:] יוחנן "בן-רוגז" בר זבדיאל

To: The Seven congregations in [the Diaspora of] Central Western Turkey.

שלום עליכם and חן from [י--ה] Who is, and Who was and Who is to come; and from the seven רוחות that are in sight of His כסא; ‎5 and from יהושע the משיח, the trustworthy witness; the firstborn of the dead, and the leader of the kings of the land.

Glory and power be to him who loves us and emancipated us in his blood from our חטאים, ‎6 and made us a מלכות כהנים to His אלהים and Father; to Him be the glory and power to the ages of ages. אמן.

7 [Dâniyeil 7.13]: "Behold, there came with the clouds of heaven someone like a בן-אדם" and [Zᵊkhar·yâh′  12.10]: " והביטו אלי את אשר-דקרו; וספדו עליו כמספד על-היחיד"; and they shall be embittered for him as one is embittered over הבכור "; yes, אמן.

8 'I am the אלף and the ת, the Prime and the Last' says י--ה, ‭ ‬ אל, 'Who is, Who was and Who is to come: אלהי צבאות."

9 I, יוחנן, your brother, and fellow-sharer in the troubles, [of the] Realm and [of the] perseverance in יהושע, became in the island that is called Patmos because of the Saying of אלהים and because of the testimony of יהושע.

10 In the רוח, I became in the day of י--ה, and I heard a great sound behind me as of a שופר, ‎11 saying, "Write what you behold in a מגילה and send it to the seven congregations in [the Diaspora of] Soke, [Turkey]; Izmir, [Turkey]; Bergama, [Turkey]; Akhisar, [Turkey]; Salihli, [Turkey]; Alasehir, [Turkey] and Buldan,[Turkey]."

12 Then I turned around to behold the sound that was speaking with me, and having turned around, I saw a golden seven-branched מנורה13 and centered before the seven-branched מנורה was someone like a בן-אדם who had put on [a garment that] reached to His feet, and he was suited-up at the chest with a golden belt. ‎14 and His head and hair were white—as white wool, as snow—and His eyes were as a flame of fire; ‎15 and his feet were like refined brass, as if they were glowing hot in a furnace, and his sound was as the sound, of many waters, ‎16 and having in his right hand seven stars (P*leiades), and proceeding out of his mouth a sharp double-edged sword, and his face was as the sun appears in its capacity. ‎17 and when I saw him I fell at his feet as dead; and he put his right upon me saying, "Don't be afraid, I am the Prime and the Last, ‎18 and the living; and I became dead and, see, I am alive to the ages of ages and have the keys to שאול and death.

4 Yet, on the other hand, I have [this] against you: that you expelled your first love. ‎5 Therefore, remember from where you have fallen into disorder, make תשובה and do the first מעשה. And if not, I am coming to you and I will move your מנורה out of its place unless you make תשובה.

6 On the other hand, you have this: that you eschew the מעשה of the Nicolaitans, whom I also eschew.

2 Straightway, I became in רוח and, see, a כסא was laid in the heavens and someone was sitting on the כסא3 and he who was sitting there was the color of a ruby or a sard stone, and encircling the כסא was a rainbow the color of an emerald.

5 Out of the כסא emanates flashings and thunders and sounds; and seven oil-fed torches of fire burning in sight of the כסא, which are the seven רוחות of אלהים.

5 Then one of the זקנים said to me, 'Do not wail in sorrow. See, the Lion of the tribe of יהודה, the נצר of דוד, has conquered to open the scroll and to undo the seven seals of it.'

6 Then I saw amidst the four כרובים and the זקנים [who stood] before the כסא a Lamb—standing like it was being slaughtered-according-to-כשרות—having seven קרנות and seven eyes that are the seven רוחות of אלהים that were sent forth into all of the land. ‎7 Then he came and took it from the right [Hand] of Him Who sits on the כסא.

8 When he took the scroll, the four כרובים and twenty-four זקנים fell down in the sight of the Lamb each having a כנור and golden canisters laden with incenses that are the תפלות of the קדושים,

9 and they sing a new song saying, "You are worthy to take the scroll and open its seals because you were slaughtered-according-to-כשרות and bought us for אלהים in your דם, out of every tribe and tongue and kindred and גר, ‎10 And you made them a ממלכה to our אלהים and כהנים, and they shall reign upon the land."

11 Then I saw, and heard [something] like the sound of many מלאכים and of the כרובים and of the זקנים encircling the כסא. The number of them was [in the] hundreds of thousands of thousands, ‎12 saying with a great sound,"The Lamb that has been slaughtered-according-to-כשרות is worthy to take the power, and riches, and intellectuality, and strength, and value, and endorsement and blessing."

13 Then I also heard every creation that is in the heavens and on the land and under the land and on the sea, and all of the things in them I also heard saying, "Blessing, value, כבוד and power be to Him Who sits on the כסא and to the Lamb to the ages of ages." ,‎14 Then the four כרובים said "אמן," and the זקנים fell down and paid homage.

2 and [the key] opened the well of the abyss, and smoke like the smoke of a great furnace went up out of the well and the sun and the air was darkened from the smoke of the well. ‎3 Then out of the smoke came forth locusts into the land, and the authority was given to them like the scorpions of the land have authority; ‎4 and it was told them that they may not do any injustice to the grasses of the land, nor to any green plant, nor any tree; but only to the humans who don't have the seal of אלהים upon the foreheads, ‎5 and it was given to them that they shouldn't kill them but, rather, that they shall torture them for five months, and their ordeal-like-scraping-against-a-touchstone was like the ordeal-like-scraping-against-a-touchstone of a scorpion when it strikes a human. ‎6 Then, in those days, humans will seek death but there is no way that they will find it; and they shall crave to die-off, but death will flee from them.

7 And the likeness of the locusts were like horses readied for battle, and on their heads were [something] that was like golden chaplets, and their faces were as the faces of humans; ‎8 and they had hair like women's hair, and their teeth were like those of lions'; ‎9 and they had breastplates like iron breastplates, and the noise of their wings was as the noise of many tanks running to battle;

Then he set his right foot upon the sea and the left upon הארץ. ‎3 and cried out in a great sound as a lion roars.

3 Then, in the רוח, the מלאך carried me away into the מדבר, and I saw a woman sitting on a crimson wild-beast [out of the sea] having seven heads and ten horns, laden with names of slander. ‎4 And the woman was outfitted in royal purple and crimson, and gilded with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden chalice in her hand laden with תועבות and the contaminations of her intimacy-with-idolatry. ‎5 And a name was written on her forehead, a secret-of-initiation:

He must stay a little while. ‎11 Then the wild-beast that was but isn't, he is also the eighth and is from out of the seven and goes innocuously into destruction.

12 And the ten horns that you saw are ten kings who have not yet taken a domain. Rather, they take authority as kings with the wild-beast for one hour. ‎13 These are of one dogma and they give their ability and authority to the wild-beast. ‎14 These will battle the lamb but the lamb will conquer them.

15 Then the מלאך said to me, "The waters that you saw where the [woman who is] intimate-with-idolatry sits are kindreds and masses and גוים and tongues. ‎16 And the ten horns that you saw and the wild-beast [out of the sea], these shall one day eschew the [woman who is] intimate-with-idolatry and shall make her desolate and half-naked and shall eat her flesh and burn her down with fire17 (for אלהים had allowed their hearts to produce its dogmaand to give their domain to the wild-beast only until the Sayings of אלהים shall be completed18 and the woman whom you saw is the great city that has a domain over the kings of the land."

4 Then I saw כסאות and they who sat on them, and adjudication of משפט was given to them and to the נפשות of those who had been hacked with an axe on account of the testimony of יהושע, and on account of the Oral-Law of אלהים , and those who didn't bow to the wild-beast or the icon, and didn't accept the engraving on their forehead or on their arm. And they lived and reigned with the משיח for 1,000 years.

5 This is the first resurrection. ‎6 אשרי and קדוש is he who has part in the first resurrection. The second death has no authority over these. Rather, they shall be כהנים of אלהים and of the משיח, and they shall reign with him a thousand years.

21Then I saw a new heavens and a new land, for the first heavens and the first land had passed, even the sea is no longer. ‎2 And I saw עיר הקודש ‭ ‬ – ירושליםdescending from אלהים out of the heavens, readied as a bride arrayed for her man.

3 Then I heard a great sound from the כסא saying, "Look, the of אלהים is with mankind, and He shall erect His with them and they shall be His kinsmen. And אלהים Himself shall be with them. ‎4 Then He shall blot away every tear out of their eyes and death shall no longer be; nor mourning, nor outcry; nor shall there be pain any longer because the prior things have gone by."

5 Then He Who sits on the כסא said, "Look, I make all things new." Then He said to me, "Write, because these Sayings are trustworthy and true." ‎6 Then He said to me, "I am become. I am the אלף and the ת the Prime Cause and the completion. 9 Then one of the seven מלאכים who had the seven cannisters that were laden with the seven last whipstrokes came and spoke with me saying, "Over here! I will show you the bride, the woman. ‎10 And, in the Spirit, he carried me away onto a great and high mountain and showed me עיר הקודש, ‭ ‬ ירושלים, descending out of the heavens from אלהים11 having the glory of אלהים. Her light-source was like a precious gem, like a crystal gem. ‎12 [The city] had a great high wall having twelve citadel-gates, and over the citadel-gates twelve מלאכים, with names inscribed that are those of the twelve tribes of the sons of Israel.

13 On the east are three citadel-gates, and on the north three citadel-gates, and on the south three citadel-gates, and on the west three citadel-gates.

14 And the wall of the city has twelve foundation-layers, and upon them twelve names of the twelve emissaries. ‎15 Then he who was standing with me had a golden measuring stick so that he might measure the city and its citadel-gates and its wall. ‎16 And the city is laid-out square, its length equal to its breadth. Then he measured the city with the stick: 1945 km per side; the length and the breadth and the height of it are equal.

17 Then he measured the wall, 144 elbow-to-fingertip-lengths, which is a human measure, the מלאך's measure. ‎18 And the construction of its wall was of ruby, and the city was of refined gold, like refined crystal. ‎19-20 And the foundations of the wall of the city were arrayed with every precious gem:

21 And the twelve citadel-gates were twelve pearls, each one of the citadel-gates, respectively, was one pearl; and the street of the city was refined gold like a diaphanous crystal.

22 But I saw no naos in the city, for י--ה אלהי צבאות is its naos. ‎23 And the city has no need of the sun nor the moon, that they should appear for it, for the כבוד of אלהים illuminates it. ‎24 and the גוים shall go about by means of the Light of it. And the kings of the land bring their כבוד into it. ‎25 And its citadel-gates shall not be locked up at all by day (there isn't any night there). ‎26 And the kings shall bring the כבוד and treasure of the גוים into it. ‎27 and in no case may anything חל come into it, nor he who does that which is an תועבה or a falsehood; but only those who are written in the Scroll of Life.

22Then he showed me a river of living waters, shining like crystal, proceeding out of the כסא of אלהים. ‎2 In the middle of the street, and on this side and that side of the river, the Tree of Lifewas producing twelve fruits, rendering its fruit each month. And the leaves of the tree were for the care of the גוים. ‎3 And there shall no longer be any curse. The כסא of אלהים and of the lamb shall be in the City, and His servants shall be in His employ. ‎4 And they shall seek His Face and His Name is on their foreheads.

5 There shall no longer be night, for they have no need for light—for a lamp or for light from the sun—because י--ה, your אלהים, shall shed Light upon them and they shall reign into the ages of ages.

6 Then he said to me, "These Sayings are אמת ויציב, and י--ה, your אלהים of the spirits of the נביאים sent forth His מלאך to show His servants the things that must become quickly, ‎7 and look, I am coming quickly. אשרי is he who keeps the Sayings of the prophecy of this scroll."

8 Then I, יוחנן, was he who was beholding and hearing these things. And when I heard and beheld, I prostrated myself before the feet of the מלאך who was showing me these things. ‎9 Then he said to me, "You don't understand. I'm a fellow-servant with you, and of your brothers the נביאים and those who keep the Sayings of this Scroll to bow to אלהים."

10 Then he said to me, "Don't seal the Sayings of the prophecy of this scroll, for the time is near. ‎11 To him who perverts justice—pervert justice still! To him who is contaminatedbe contaminated still! To him who is a צדיקbe צדיק! To him who is קדושbe קדוש!

12 Look, I'm coming quickly and My wages are with Me to render to each according to his מעשה.

13 I am the אלף and the ת, the Prime Cause and the completion.

14 אשרי are they who launder their stately tunics so that their authority shall be over the Tree of Life and they should go into the City by the citadel-gates.

15 The dogs, and the practitioners of drug-induced occultisms, and those intimate-with-idolatry, and the murderers, and those who revere deity-images and everyond having affection for, and making, a falsehood are out.

16 I, Yᵊhoshua, sent my מלאך to testify of these things to you over the convocations. I am the root and the family of דוד the twilight shining star."

17 Then the Spirit and the Bride say, "Come!" And he who hears is to say, "Come!" Then he who hears is to come! He who wishes is to unilaterally take the water of life!

18 I testify to everyone who hears the Sayings of this prophecy of this scroll: If anyone would put something on these same things, אלהים shall put upon him the whipstrokes that are written in this scroll. ‎19 and if anyone would remove anything from the sayings of the scroll of this prophecy, אלהים shall remove his part from the Tree of Life and out of the holy city of those who are written in this scroll.

20 He who testifies says these things. Yes, I am coming quickly. Amein.

Come, אדון יהושע! ‎21 The graciousness of אדון יהושע be with the קדושים.

To Chapter 7Appendix: Redaction (Ch. 7)

Chapter 7 is a Conspicuous Redaction Lacking Parallel Correspondance in any of the Five Visions and Disrupting An Earlier Text Between Seal #6 and Seal #7.

Inserting the chapter also required making up five extra "angels" unknown to earlier or later chapters.

The redaction is clearly post-135 C.E., gentile, Hellenist Christian, introducing a "Rapture" concept, and changing "heaven" into a paradise of and for gentiles that is entirely antinomian—anti-Tor·âh′ , misojudaic and Displacement Theology.

The entire book of The Unveiling is omitted from the Church's Primary Source—the Codex Vaticanus—and Pᵊshitᵊtâ′ , demonstrating that even most of early Christianity regarded the entire book to be spurious.
The Sealing of the 144,000 (Cf. note at 7.8)

7Then after this, I saw four מלאכים standing on the four corners of הארץ taking hold of the four רוחות of the land so that no רוח might blow upon הארץ, nor upon the sea, nor upon any tree. ‎2 Then I saw another מלאך going up from the rising of the sun having the seal of the Living אלהים. Then he cried out with a great voice to the four מלאכים who were allowed to do injustice to the land and the sea, ‎3 saying, "Do no injustice to the land, nor the sea, nor the trees until we may seal the servants of our אלהים upon their foreheads."

4 Then I heard the number of the sealed: one hundred forty-four thousand sealed, from every tribe of בני-ישראל. ‎5 Out of the tribe of יהודה, twelve thousand; out of the tribe of ראובן, twelve thousand; out of the tribe of גד, twelve thousand; ‎6 out of the tribe of אשר, twelve thousand; out of the tribe of נפתלי, twelve thousand; out of the tribe of דן, twelve thousand; ‎7 out of the tribe of שמעון, twelve thousand; out of the tribe of לוי, twelve thousand; out of the tribe of יששכר, twelve thousand; ‎8 out of the tribe of זבלון, twelve thousand; out of the tribe of יוסף, twelve thousand; out of the tribe of בנימין, twelve thousand sealed.

9 After these things, I saw, and see—a great crowd that no one was able to number out of all of the גוים, and [every] tribe, and kinsman and language, standing in the sight of the כסא outfitted in stately white robes with לולבים in their hands. ‎10 And they cry out with a great voice saying, "Salvation is by our אלהים, by Him Who sits on the כסא and by the lamb, unto the ages of ages. אמן.

11 Then all of the מלאכים stood encircling the כסא along with the זקנים and the four כרובים and they fell down in sight of the כסא upon their faces and paid homage to אלהים12 saying, "אמן, Blessing, כבוד, and intellectuality, thanksgiving, evaluation, ability and strength be to our אלהים to the ages of ages. אמן.

13 Then one of the זקנים replied to me saying, "These who are outfitted in stately white robes, who are they and where did they come from?" ‎14 And I replied to him, "אדני, you see." Then he said to me, "These are they who come out of the great trouble; and they laundered their stately robes and made them white in the דם of the Lamb. ‎15 Because of this they are in the sight of the כסא of אלהים and serve him day and night in his naos and he who sits on the כסא shall erect his over them. ‎16 They shall not hunger anymore, neither shall they thirst anymore, nor shall the sun beat down on them anymore, nor any scorching; ‎17 because the lamb that is in the midst of the כסא will shepherd them and will guide them to fountains of waters of life; and אלהים will blot away every tear from their eyes."
