a. If an animal having no history of attacking other animals belongs to one owner and attacks and kills an animal belonging to another owner, then the two owners shall sell both animals and split the proceeds equally.

b. If the offending animal has a history of attacking other animals, then any further fatality resulting from a failure to control that animal, or its escape, shall be regarded as prima facie evidence that the owner failed to exercise reasonable precaution. The owner of the offending animal shall pay for, and take possession of, the dead animal.

c. If a person rustles kâ•sheir animals raised for their meat, whether the perpetrator kills it or sells it, said perpetrator shall pay for the loss plus punitive damages: 5x the price of a working animal or 4x the price of an animal raised for its meat.
