2000.10.31 – The urgency of distinguishing between “Occupied Land” and “Disputed Land” was pointed up in an interview by the Egyptian newspaper cite al Ahram al-Arabi on 2000.10.21. Discussing the “the picture of the child Muhammad al-Durah
when he was killed in his father's arms” compared to the lynching of the three Israeli soldiers, the Al Ahram reported asked incredulously, "Do you compare the two events? Can the actions of the occupation be compared with those of the Resistance?"
This points up the urgency, danger and forfeiture of Israeli rightness in allowing international media to irresponsibly presume that the land belongs to the Arabs and – therefore – it is reported as “occupied Arab lands,” the media making Israel “the occupier” and 'Palestinians' mere "militant" “victims of the occupation” – implying their "right" to "resistance" that the media, therefore, must never label terror.
In other words, by Muslim definitions, no barbaric massacre, no matter how horrific, meets their definition of terrorism (unquestioningly accepted by the international media) when it's "Resistance" to what they claim is "the Israeli occupation"; but they define any defensive action by Israel as "terrorism."
Unfortunately, world opinion doesn’t accept Biblical edicts. Therefore, we must turn to logic, which can often make even the most vehement miso-Judaic media conform to the indomitable rules of logical precision.
The world didn’t begin in 1967, nor even in 1948. This land is hotly contested, disputed. By every objective and logical criteria (see 'Palestinian' For Dummies ) neither the U.N. nor the media has the right to presumptively declare that this land belongs to the Arabs. Once this point is recognized, it clearly follows that – therefore – there is no logical basis for declaring that Israel is an occupier. Israel’s right to claim that these are Arab-occupied lands are not only as valid, but far more so. We have a historical document going back millennia before Islam was conceived calling this land the land of Israel – while the Muslims have only a fable that Mohammed flew into the sky on a white horse from "the distant place" (Arabic: al-aqsa – after which the Al-Aqsa mosque was named decades after the myth was conceived). Turns out, this is Arab-occupied Jewish land!

Who are the non-combatant civilians – women and children – being deliberately targeted and killed in National Insurance Offices? Who are the non-combatant civilians – women and children – being deliberately targeted, kidnapped from home and killed? Who are the non-combatant civilians – women and children – being deliberately targeted and shot at home in the night? Being blown up in restaurants, pizzerias and buses? Who taught the world to blow up airplanes?
While 'Palestinian' children have been accidentally killed it’s always been because the 'Palestinians' place their children as human shields and human sacrifices in harm’s way, firing at Israelis from behind children and keeping children in or near their bomb factories, terrorist training facilities or firing positions. Sometimes, 'Palestinian' children were likely killed by their own accidental 'Palestinian' fire and then blamed on Israel. Frequently, children killed by automobile or other accidents are fraudulently claimed to be victims of Israeli fire, quickly burying the bodies so that the evidence cannot be verified.

By contrast, who are the self-professed Ji•hâdꞋ Mu•jâ•hid•unꞋ, and their women and children whom they deliberately place in harm’s way as child sacrifices and child shields, who are killed only in the act of attacking border points between Israelis and Arabs? Who are the self-professed Ji•hâdꞋ soldiers who were transporting bombs when they were killed? Who are the self-professed Ji•hâdꞋ soldiers who were making bombs when they were killed? Who are the self-professed Ji•hâdꞋ suicide soldiers being killed? Duh!
Those who deliberately target non-combatant civilians, including women and children, are terrorists, war criminals whom the world should be holding accountable for their atrocities instead of justifying their atrocities. To equate the victims’ defense against terrorist attackers with the terrorists perpetrating the attacks is a dishonest canard. Maintaining a canard only against Jews and Israel defines a miso-Judaic.
The rationale that suicide bombings, lynchings and the like are justified by the “logic” of an Arab-Muslim “Resistance” having some “moral right” which Israeli “Occupiers” lack is the most reprehensible and deplorable product of bald disinformation. We must make the point that these lands are in dispute and cannot be “presumed” to be “Israeli-occupied.” It is, then, the Israelis who are defending and resisting against Arabs who cross our border from established Arab positions to stage attacks, aggression and guerrilla invasions across disputed land into established Israeli positions. Either none of the land in dispute is occupied, or it’s all occupied – but which is the occupier is a matter of dispute not to be presumed by the media. Failure to report news objectively and factually – without Arab or Muslim bias – is unprofessional, unethical, irresponsible and the primary cause of the uneven moral values which drive the continuing bloodshed.
