– A warning is in order. The Palestinians will make every possible attempt to construct a tunnel only "tens of meters" long (see address by member of KᵊnësꞋët Elon, below) – which the Arabs have proven devilishly capable of on the Egyptian border – and which will, by fait accompli, connect the capital Baraq seems willing to cede them in Abu Dis, underground – directly and with no border or checkpoint, to Har ha-BaꞋyit!!!
Once completed, without a war, no one could then destroy the tunnel or otherwise stop any and every Arab and/or terrorist in "Palestine" from ascending Har ha-BaꞋyit and using it as a pulpit to prove that Arabs can be victorious over the Jews, incite Arabs to "finish" the job of "liberating Palestine" and fanning the flames of jihad – right in the innermost heart of every observant Jew.
Who has calculated the volume of the truckloads of material recently removed from Har ha-BaꞋyit compared with the volume of material claimed to have been removed? Answer: no one. How much material is being removed from the Abu Dis construction site compared to what should be required? Answer: no one has noticed.
Until the Palestinians have secured Abu Dis the tunnel won’t be admitted, much less opened, in order to keep it secret. Reaction will be predictable: scoff at the very idea, then stonewall.
One can be certain that at least part of this tunnel is already in place and extensive preparations are already in place. The only questions are how much of the tunnel is completed, where exactly is it, where is the entrance hidden in Har ha-BaꞋyit (some Jewish MKs partially inspected the recent construction there and either didn’t notice it or chose not to expose it), and where is the other entrance being concealed in Abu Dis?
Willingness by Baraq and a few anti-úÌåÉøÈä liberal left partners in his coalition to ‘look the other way’ and keep the secret until this tunnel has become a fait accompli would indeed by a huge bargaining chip for Baraq and his coalition.
