1. In this new age of cellphones what should children be aware and beware of? "Old" moral and decency standards are routinely and flagrantly disregarded by conscienceless children. Girls particularly must guard against cellphone "upskirt" photos that can be instantly "shared" (simultaneously broadcast to all cellphones in a group). Cellphones can take surreptitious photos under desks, etc. The shorter the skirt the greater the risk. Once published, photos cannot be totally deleted or undone because it's never clear whether photos have been copied and stored elsewhere. What's been seen cannot be unseen. The growing problem is seriously ruinous. Photos are also sometimes taken in bathrooms – boys as well as girls, even over or under locked stalls. The potential for extortion and cyber-bullying is limited only by the ever expanding imagination of conscienceless children. Your response must be 1. legally-informed and 2. swift.

2. Some classmates talk trash about me (or a friend) or laugh at me (or a friend) behind my (friend's) back; or spread embarrassing truth. What should I do?

6. Consider how you would feel if all of the most influential of your peers decided to smear you and spread lies that you are a pedophile pervert. Friends would become suspicious that there must be some hidden truth to it. You could lose your job, your home, your family. But it's far worse for this to happen to an inexperienced child, if children in his or her class spread lies about your child via cellphone – cyber-bullying. This can ruin a child's reputation and has driven a number of children to suicide. It is not a trivial thing. At the very least, it will be a pivotal tragedy in your child's life. Your child's reputation is, in the mind of your child, rightly, his or her whole life. Your taking it as seriously as if you were losing everything is the first step in taking control to rescue your child. The cyber problem is still in its infancy, so legal redress is local and probably still underdeveloped. You need to – first and immediately – consult the best cyber defamation lawyer you can afford, even before contacting the school or other organization in which the defamation is occurring. You need to get it corrected, fast. This will determine whether your child perceives you as the cavalry doing its best to rescue him or her, or just another fair-weather friend like the others, leaving your child feeling absolutely isolated, alone and helpless. Killing one's reputation is tantamount to killing the person, i.e. murder. It's that serious and a pivotal point in your child's life that, whichever way it goes, is likely to be remembered to his or her grave.

7.   23.07, רָכִיל, often rooted in sin•atꞋ khi•nâmꞋ – The contemporary Machiavellian American Democrat Senators in the Kavanaugh SCOTUS confirmation hearings, along with the #metoo women, exemplify the damage potential of רָכִיל sewage.

   Contrary to popular usage, false logically means "not demonstrated true" (in contrast to "demonstrated untrue") by the reasoning proffered. I.e. false doesn't always mean untrue. An indeterminate conclusion is false relative to the argument since it isn't (at least by the reasoning argued) demonstrated true. False refers to logic (reasoning) that fails to demonstrate (prove) its argument true. Thus, "unfounded assertions" are logically false because "unfounded" implies that, regardless whether an allegation or assertion may be true, the logical reasoning underlying the issue doesn't demonstrate its stated conclusion to be true. (Maybe some other argument might demonstrate the conclusion to be true, but the stated argument doesn't.) In such case, the logic is false and must be rejected. It's important to remember that it's the logic which is being proven as true (reliable) or false (fallacious, unreliable). So, if someone asserts "x, therefore y" (x → y), then not only must the truth of x stand, the logic must be computationally (i.e. logically, mathematically) sound in order to ascertain the truth of y. (If y isn't accepted as true in the first place, then the logic is ex falso quodlibet and the reasoning fails to certify any conclusion as true. Ex falso quodlibet and non sequitur are two of the most frequent logical fallacies.)

   An exaggerated example may help. "Little Joey went to school this morning. Therefore, Palomar University will win the NCAA football championship this year." Both statements may be true. Or both statements may be false.

   1. But even if the first statement is true, it fails to imply the conclusion (following the "therefore"). Failure to imply an argued conclusion is the logical fallacy of non sequitur. That is, the first statement does not imply the conclusion and, thus, the logic is false. Even if Palomar U goes on to win the NCAA football championship this year, proving the second statement true, the logic of the earlier argument remains false, a fallacy of non sequitur.
   2. If, on the other hand, Little Joey didn't go to school this morning, then the argument neither proves nor disproves anything at all. This is a logical fallacy somewhat echoed by Archie Bunker's famous "Whatever!"; the fallacy of ex falso quodlibet.

   These are only two, of many, types of fallacious logic. But it should already be conspicuous that the world is drowning in waves of fallacious logic. American Pres. Trump's name for logically unfounded (ergo false), maligning "unfounded assertions" aka "borking": Fake News.

   When it comes to רָכִיל, I get it! Firsthand! Myself and my family are continuing victims, still today, of decades of living in torture wrought by today's Ultra-Orthodox rabbinic רָכִיל replicated in their kangaroo rabbinic courts – no differently from how the Hellenist Tzᵊdoq•imꞋ railroaded RibꞋi Yᵊho•shuꞋa, likewise based on רָכִיל! Flaws in modern Israel's political system enabled fanatic Ultra-Orthodox rabbinic Machiavellians to wrest control of Israel's religious courts system from "regular" (moderate) Orthodox in a similar way that American Democrat socialist Machiavellians have for some time been mounting a coordinated mutiny, on multiple fronts, to effect a limited-violence protests-supplemented coup over each of the three branches of the American government: legislative (Congress: Senate & House; i.e. Swamp A), judicial (Supreme Court) and Executive (President & Swamp B: DOJ, FBI, State Dept., etc.). Ultra-Orthodox rabbinic kangaroo courts, in Aramaic-laced Hebrew, have knowingly and deliberately convicted me and my wife – in 2012 – of patently false – רָכִיל – allegations regarding our 1984 Orthodox conversions; twice (!): first, in their lower court and then, after rebuke from Israel's Supreme Court, a second time, regurgitating the same patently false רָכִיל in their Ultra-Orthodox rabbinic Appellate court. Our plight, like tens of thousands of other not-Ultra (i.e. moderate) Orthodox and non-Orthodox Jews around the world, is compounded by the Israeli Supreme Court being politically impotent to override the rabbinic courts controlled by Ultra-Orthodox rabbis, further compounded by no lawyer with a working familiarity of rabbinic Aramaic being willing to fight the Ultra-Orthodox rabbis upon whom they depend for their career. So I get, firsthand, the רָכִיל-based hell that Judge Kavanaugh and his family have suffered for a mere couple of weeks!

   Ta•lᵊmudꞋ equates רָכִיל with murdering a person's reputation; with the "collateral" harm and pain it causes one's family. Even more critically for me, they thereby have maintained a haze of lies clouding my message and life's work. I'm thusly falsely accused by רָכִיל, repeatedly and relentlessly over decades, inter alia even by the Israeli Ultra-Orthodox religious Rabbinate court and the Israeli Ultra-Orthodox religious Appellate court, falsely peddling the רָכִיל that I'm a Christian, though I'm proven not Christian. I've been warning for years of the immense harm done by רָכִיל (i.e. slander) – for which justice cries out for legal redress, not tolerance under a fig leaf of "free speech"! Lawmakers must attach a very high cost to borking! The most upright of people suffer the most, their reputation and lives – and that of their families – drowning in waves of defamation from malevolent PC and RC.

   רָכִיל is, at this moment, the core cause of the obscene political polarization in America – and emanating from both unhinged fringe poles (miso-Judaic Israeli Jews v Ultra-Orthodox Kha•reid•imꞋ cult of Israeli Jews) of the Israeli religio-political (ob)scene – fueling the growing abyss between Israel and world Jewry.

8.   23.07, שֶׁקֶר and תַּהֲרֹג – the conjoining of the "unfounded-assertions" and "kill" clauses within the same pâ•suqꞋ, implies a continuing thought, a shared principle, connecting the two terms. Historically, maligning (attempted murder of) a person's reputation, i.e. lᵊshōnꞋ hâ-râꞋ, has always been equated to attempted murder of the person — with the Biblical prohibition against any Jew standing for (popularly "idly by") spilled "blood" of one's fellow. When the victim of lᵊshōnꞋ hâ-râꞋ is deceased, full restitution plus 20% is plainly impossible; the damage is irreparable and it becomes fait accompli constructive murder — a capital offense (Ta•lᵊmudꞋ Bâ•vᵊl•iꞋ, Ma•sëkꞋët Arâkh•inꞋ 15b, Ma•sëkꞋët Yom•âꞋ 9b).
