the Hellenist Jewish "priests" in their "Temple", including the "High Priest", were Hellenist-Tzᵊdoq•imꞋ (Hellenist-Sadducees), NOT Pᵊrush•imꞋ (Pharisees)
In addition to the Beit Din hâ-Jâ•dolꞋ (Supreme Jewish Religious-court; Hellenized to "The Great Συνεδριον") in the Temple, there were many other, smaller, bât•eiꞋ-din in Yᵊru•shâ•laꞋyim. Pᵊrush•imꞋ and Hellenist-Tzᵊdoq•imꞋ each convened their own bât•eiꞋ-din. The Gospel account of a beit din meeting at night and on Jewish Holy days entirely excludes "The Great Συνεδριον". A priori, the Gospel account specifying priests conducting the beit din necessarily demonstrates that the beit din of the Gospels was a Hellenist-Tzᵊdoq•imꞋ beit din, NOT "The Great Συνεδριον"
The incitement instigated by the Hellenist-Tzᵊdoq•imꞋ "Wicked Priests", therefore, was necessarily a Hellenist-Tzᵊdoq•imꞋ min.
The record of the Pᵊrush•imꞋ consistently shows them opposed to the Hellenist-Tzᵊdoq•imꞋ.
Therefore, possibly excluding "Judas," the Pᵊrush•imꞋ, including the most famous Pᵊrush•iꞋ RibꞋi of the period – Yᵊho•shuꞋa – were NOT "the Jews" who falsely convicted RibꞋi Yᵊho•shuꞋa, shouted for him to be crucified or turned him over to their Hellenist Roman-occupier patrons.
The Tzᵊdoq•imꞋ were a Hellenist sect of Hellenist aristocrats and Hellenist Tzᵊdoq•imꞋ who bought their priesthood from the Romans (legitimate priests ended with "Jason" the brother of "Onias," even before the Maccabees of the KhaꞋnukh•âh story). This was another reason that the Pᵊrush•imꞋ deplored the Tzᵊdoq•imꞋ. While the Pᵊrush•imꞋ had the greatest respect for the office of Ko•heinꞋ and for the Beit ha-Mi•qᵊdâshꞋ, they deplored the illegitimate Hellenist Tzᵊdoq•imꞋ "Wicked Priests" who corrupted it.
Most Jews were Pᵊrush•imꞋ
Therefore, "the Jews" (principally, the Pᵊrush•imꞋ) deplored the way the Hellenist Tzᵊdoq•imꞋ "Wicked Priests" persecuted their own Pᵊrush•imꞋ RibꞋi, Yᵊho•shuꞋa.
Failing to make ths point misrepresents "the Jews" and is, therefore, however unintentional, miso-Judaic!
